The Halo device will only add air until the target air pressure is achieved in the tire(s). For example, If the target pressure is 100 psi, the pump will turn itself off when the tire pressure exceeds 100 psi.
The Halo is designed to not inflate a tire past cold inflation pressure (CIP). There is also redundant system to prevent overinflation.
If the ambient temperature increase, the tire pressure may increase due to environmental conditions.
