Gateway LEDs not turning on when connected to power source

Symptoms
Gateway LEDs do not turn on when connected to power

Possible causes

• Insufficient voltage on gateway to wake gateway

• Power harness issue

What to do

1. Verify voltage at power source using a multimeter. Commercial vehicles may operate on either a 12 volt or 24 volt electrical system. The Gateway supports both types of vehicles.

   • Ensure power source voltage is between 12.2 - 21 V for a 12V system:

   • Ensure power source voltage is above 24V for a 24V system.

2. Inspect power harness and fuse for a blown fuse or damaged wires.
