Symptoms
Gateway does not show flashing blue LED and is not ready to connect
Possible causes

Insufficient voltage on gateway to wake gateway
What to do

Ensure gateway is connected to a proper power source. Gateway power source should be between 12.2 V to 21 V for 12 V systems and above 24 V for 24 V systems.
